Disappointed

I ordered both the sagging eyelid cream and the dark circle and eye bag cream. The creams appear to be exactly the same thing which if I had known would only have ordered one item. I have saggy eyelids as opposed to wrinkly ones and the cream did not lift the lid but just left a horrible white residue. The eye bag and dark circles cream did smooth out lines under my eyes but again after a few minutes left white residue. I have applied the recommended amount and ensured the areas were well moisturised and given time to absorb before applying. Each time I get the white residue I Sam able to wipe it off but sadly it comes back within 5 minutes, rendering the product unwearable. I have emailed your company about this but have not received a reply. Very very disappointed.

Sadly didn't work.

I was hoping this would help my hooded eyes. I followed all the instructions and advised but nothing happened. I think it's mainly for aging skin

Good product

First time I have purchased the sagging eyelids product and although I don't use it every day at work I do use it when going out and can see a difference, it does take time to work but I am delighted with it, have made another purchase

It’s ok

This product is ok, it made a small difference .
It does leave a film when dry which needs to be wiped off in not sure it’s supposed to.
I don’t think I will buy this again.

You can prevent the white layer by moisturizing your skin well before applying the product. It is also very important to apply very little of the cream to make sure no white layer appears.
