Update - 10/10 for Customer Service

I left a 1 star review in September as I was disappointed with with the Sagging Eyelid Cream and Eye Bag and Dark Circles Cream. I was emailed by Remescar who asked for the batch numbers so they could report the fault. I was also offered 2 items of my choice for my inconvenience. I chose the Age Spot Serum and the Vitamin C 45% Complex Serum and these have been received today. It is obviously too soon to tell if these will work but 10/10 for customer service.

Sadly didn't work.

I was hoping this would help my hooded eyes. I followed all the instructions and advised but nothing happened. I think it's mainly for aging skin

Good product

First time I have purchased the sagging eyelids product and although I don't use it every day at work I do use it when going out and can see a difference, it does take time to work but I am delighted with it, have made another purchase
